We service most major home appliance brands, including Electrolux, Frigidaire, GE, Hotpoint, JennAir, Kenmore, KitchenAid, LG, Maytag, Miele, Speed Queen, Samsung, Sub-Zero, Thermador, Whirlpool and Wolf. Didn't see your brand? Call us and we'll let you know if we fix it.
How much does a service call cost?
Our in house service call is $99.00 for a product purchased from Sargent's and $119.00 for a product not purchased from Sargent's. Both include professional service and upfront pricing.
What if I decide not to repair my appliance?
If you decide not to repair your appliance, you'll get half of your service call fee back as credit toward a future purchase.
How soon can a technician come out?
Same day/next day* service is available. We stock a huge inventory of parts on our truck, so we can get your appliance fixed fast.
Are your technicians factory authorized?
Yes. Sargent's is recognized as a Whirlpool and Speed Queen factory authorized servicer. Our technicians are factory authorized and trained on top brands, and we use factory OEM parts from our parts warehouse.
How long have you been in business?
Sargents Maytag has been locally owned since 1974 and has served the Sparks community for 50 years.
